The lawyer representing Robert Fowler- the man charged with the death of 20-year-old Accounting Clerk, Khanice Jackson says the police behaved unethically in soliciting a caution statement from his client.
The Attorney of over 40 years says despite instructing the lawmen to contact him for any interviews with his client, they allegedly failed to contact him and went ahead with another attorney.
He is also of the view that he won’t know the strength of the case until all the evidence is presented, adding that wherever the prosecution takes the case, the defense will follow.
