Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson on Monday charged several of his commanders and officers not to turn away anyone seeking their help, despite their socio-economic or physical appearance.
This after news of several incidents of the police allegedly refusing to serve or protect citizens seeking their help.
The Commissioner says building a force for goodwill requires a new approach to policing, one that caters to all.
