AGRI. Ministry Says There’s Been a Decline in Production Since Pandemic
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Dermon Spence says there has been a marginal decline in agricultural production since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This while admitting that there is a need for a restructuring of the Rural Agricultural Development Authority, RADA.
