Relatives of Clarendon man, Markland Hayles, who reportedly committed suicide while in lock-up following the murder of his pregnant girlfriend say there is doubt surrounding how the man died.
Meanwhile, the Independent Commission of Investigations, INDECOM, says they have summoned officers for statements in relation to the issue and have launched an investigation into the inmate’s death.
