After copious showers in St Ann, some residents recall their experience or loss as a result of the flooding. Several communities bear testament to the massive water that ran through the streets. The authorities are pledging greater vigilance of how lands are cleared for construction and how garbage is disposed of. Flooded roadways and blocked drains along with piles of debris brought the movement to a pause in sections of St Ann. Residents describe it as the worst they have seen in decades.
