The search is on for a man caught on camera who set a restaurant ablaze in the wee hours of Monday morning, in front of the Rockfort Police Station. Thanks to the help of the groundsman and residents the blaze was quickly brought under control.
The owner says he was shocked at the early morning distress call but is grateful his investment was saved; however, he says he has no idea why anyone would seek to destroy his business.
