The Rastafarian Community is calling for an apology after the ruling of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) that no charge be laid against the police in the alleged cutting of 19-year-old Nzinga King’s dreadlocks, one member of the Rastafarian community says the ruling is an insult to the community. He Is also calling on the government to apologize to the community.
