PAC Members Suggest TPDCO Revisits Hiring Policy

Some Public Accounts Committee (PAC) members have suggested that the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCO) tighten its hiring policy as some employees have reportedly been in their roles for several years without adequate qualifications.

Member of Parliament, Juliet Holness, is suggesting the TPDCO, revisit its hiring policy adhering to stricter qualification protocols for a role. However, Executive Human Resource Manager, Erica Brown-Whittingham, assures that the company is carrying out performance appraisals and is encouraging active employees to gain further qualifications.
