On the heels of the construction of several Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs) this year, Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the sector has grown significantly. He was speaking at a recent groundbreaking ceremony in Mandeville, Manchester, for the opening of another BPO facility in the parish. He says the sector’s growth is evident in the number of people it employs. He explains that while the industry can grow further, it relies on the youth to gain proper training to reduce the burden on the government.
Meanwhile, Opposition Spokesperson on Transport and Housing, Mikael Phillips says the construction of the facility will benefit university students. Watch the full report:
