The People’s National Party’s (PNP) 84th Annual Conference was well received by the thousands of supporters who rallied behind the executive. However, with some young people still feeling abandoned, the PNP’s Youth Leader has committed to prioritize them going forward.
However, the President of the PNP’s youth Organization Senator, Gabriella Morris is adamant that the party is indeed focused on providing opportunities for youth, as they are aware of the challenges limiting them from progressing.
Speaking at the Party’s 84th Annual Conference the Senator pushed the importance of youth voting and being responsible for their own future. Leader of the Opposition Mark Golding, echoed these sentiments, adding that the Party will be seeking to help the thousands of youths failed by the education system. He says, the Party is aware of youth who provide a steady flow of recruits into criminal networks across the island, due to a lack of resources. Watch the report:
