Residents in Rocky Point Clarendon are calling on the government to address garbage and poor roads in their community. Among those concerns, they are seeking a fix for crocodile invasion in their backyards.

Scores of protestors from the People’s National Party (PNP) gathered in Rocky Point, Clarendon on Wednesday questioning poor garbage collection in the community. It is said piles of garbage have been left uncollected on the main road for months. Prior to the protest, our news team witnessed members of the solid waste team, clearing the skip and along the roadway, PNP Councillor/Caretaker for the Rocky Point division say he was concerned about the potential health hazards as a result of garbage pile up in the area.
