Fulling his promises to the people. Residents of St Thomas are lauding Mayor Hubert Williams who assured several changes to the parish. One of which, was to refurbish the market. However, some vendors are still expressing their disappointment with the market accommodation. Nonetheless, Williams says more than half of the vendors complied with the changes.
Adjustments were also done to the waste disposal outlet to prevent garbage trucks from going directly into the market. The Mayor also says clamping of vehicles to help with congestion has also been in effect.
