The Minister of National Security Dr. Horace Chang says security remains a big issue in Jamaica and without public safety and peace in communities , the idea of building a productive capacity for the country will not succeed.
He spoke exclusively on CVM Live’s panel discussion on investments in the security forces that he believes will pay off during the course of this year.
