Residents of Port Royal are complaining about the absence of street lights on the stretch of the main road that leads into the community.
The government recently declared Port Royal as a tourism area in light of the cruise terminal port recently built to welcome cruises.
However, they argue that the Port Royal road is pitch black and may breed criminals into the relatively low crime area.
