It was a slow business day for some in Port Royal as the city welcomed the second cruise ship arrival in a little over a month.
While those at the terminal and at Fort Charles were able to interact with the tourists directly, those in the community complained of the vending fee to display their items. Others have resorted to more creative ways of welcoming tourists into their homes to display their crafts.
