These extensive arrangements often leave little room for the couple to process their own emotions. Consequently, once the whirlwind of celebration subsides and the routine of real life sets in, a sense of post-wedding blues begins to take hold. Although both brides and grooms may experience it, it is commonly believed that brides are more prone to being overwhelmed by this emotional state.
