The Political Directorate is again put under a microscope after the Integrity Commission claimed they failed to make critical reports public. In a tweet, on Wednesday the commission drew attention to the reports. Once again, the political directorate is facing scrutiny as the integrity commission accuses them of neglecting to disclose vital reports to the public. The commission highlighted these reports in a tweet issued on Wednesday.

A tweet from the Integrity Commission of Jamaica on Wednesday, disclosed that it delivered six reports of investigation to the Parliament over a week ago that are yet to be tabled. The revelation grabbed the ears of many, questioning why the reports were not tabled on Tuesday, June 27, when the Lower House convened at Gordon House. Findings by the Integrity Commission to include their 2021 report in which two politicians and six public officials were referred for prosecution for allegedly providing false information to the commission in their Statutory Declarations.
