The National Council for Senior Citizens (NCSC), which operates under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS), is organizing Senior Citizens Month from September 17 to October 13. This year’s celebration theme is “Embracing Wisdom, Uniting Generations,” which aims to promote the value of senior citizens and recognize the crucial work of the NCSC, its partners, and the Ministry in creating supportive environments for senior citizens. The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Pearnel Charles Jr, announced the details of the month-long activities on Sunrise. Several activities have been planned for the month to celebrate and honor senior citizens.
