A Need For Jamaican Prison Reform
Inefficiencies in the Jamaican justice system continues to evoke disappointment among citizens and legal representatives. Among them, are mentally ill persons and those believed to be mentally ill languishing in the country’s penal system for decades. One attorney at law has put forward some suggestions for prison reform.
