Kingston, Jamaica – Promoters urge Govt not to drop the beat on the entertainment industry following a breach at Reggae Mill Bar.
The Jamaica Association of Professional DJs, Event Promoters & Sound System Owners, (JAPPS), says it is hoping that the recent breach of the Disaster Risk Management order by popular restaurant Reggae Mill Bar will not affect the meetings that stakeholders in the entertainment industry have been having with the government for the phased reopening of the industry.
They are calling for the promoters to be charged. Reggae Mill Bar has been ordered closed after it breached the social gathering limit and staged a party last Friday.
