The President of the Jamaica Teachers Association (JTA), Owen Speid, has a list of demands and concerns centered on the education fraternity.
Speaking on CVM LIVE on Tuesday, he called for the confiscation of fingerprint scanners in schools and gave recommendations for handling the National College for Educational Leadership (NCEL) Certification.
