The Electoral Commission of Jamaica (ECJ) says there was a 37% voter turnout for the 2020 General Election, the lowest ever with at least two parties contesting, many attributing the figures to the Coronavirus outbreak. And as the Govt doubles down on new COVID-19 restrictions, the public is bracing for triple-digit COVID-19 figures.
