FID Recommendations: The Financial Investigations Division (FID) says it has recommended some changes to the Proceeds of Crime Act. In an effort to ensure the Division effectively carries out its functions. The FID, during a quarterly press briefing earlier this week says it is being hampered by the time taken for its application to go through the courts and close cases.
