She is the CEO of Contax360 BPO Solutions, Jacqueline Sutherland. Sutherland has over 25 years of experience in information technology and the application of Contact Center Solutions. She can be considered an Einstein in math, computer science, and telecommunications management which has provided a solid base for establishing a world-class business process outsourcing operation.
