Meet the woman who returned to Jamaica to pursue her aspirations to become an influential contributor in the country’s Information and communications technology (ICT) sector. She is the CEO of Contax360 BPO Solutions, Jacqueline Sutherland. In this interview she shares her early years and passion with us, find out what motivated her, where it all started and what to expect from her and the business.
Sutherland has over 25 years of experience in information technology and the application of Contact Center Solutions. She can be considered an Einstein in math, computer science, and telecommunications management which has provided a solid base for establishing a world-class business process outsourcing operation.
Contax360 is considered one of the largest locally owned and operated BPOS, celebrating its 14th year in the business process outsourcing sector. Their main operation is in Montego Bay Freezone where it provides customer service, collections, telesales, tech support, chat, and back-office services primarily to North American clients.
Contax360 has certifications in both Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
