President of the Small Business Association of Jamaica (SBAJ), Michael Lecky, is appealing to micro business operators to become formalized. He says there are significant benefits to being a part of the formal sector. Mr. Lecky was speaking on the latest episode of the Bank of Jamaica’s Centrally Speaking program.
