Advocacy For Women’s Rights – Black Campaign

The Thursdays in Black Campaign is an islandwide one-day campaign against violence against women and girls (VAWG). It was created in response to the recent incidents of femicide and other acts of gender-based violence (GBV) directed at women and girls across Jamaica.

Stay tuned to hear the Advocate’s story and look out for the details on the upcoming Black Campaign to end gender-based violence on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 9am-12pm at Matilda’s Corner, Liguanea, St Andrew,  under the theme, “Red Flag!! Less talk, more action to end violence against women and girls!”
