A delegation of African kings and queens visited Jamaica. During their visit, they participated in a symposium to dispel popular misconceptions and rumours about Africans. They also visited several cultural and historical sites, such as the Bob Marley museum, Appleton Estate, and the Maroon community of Accompong. Programme Manager Culture and Community Development, Caricom Secretariat (Enstooled Queen Asianut Acom II) Dr Hilary Brown, and his Royal Majesty Dr Robinson Tanyi, King of Tino-Mbu, Cameroon and President African Indigenous Governance Council joined us on Sunrise to share more about their experience in Jamaica what they will never forget.
