The programme aims to create a standard feature of providing therapy to patients to include other hospitals and age groups, it will also introduce the principles around the humane treatment of animals and promote them as good companions. Dr Marsha James, Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon, Bustamante Hospital for Children, Tammy Browne, Director – Montego Bay Animal Haven and Dr Teddy Barnes, Lead Animal Ambassador joined us on Sunrise to share more about the programme.
