November 14 serves as both Spicy Guac Day, and World Diabetes Day so we’re whisking the two together as we pair a Jamaican style spicy guac recipe with a few heart-healthy meals. Chef Dave Paul joins us in the Sunrise kitchen to whip up a healthy meal.
