The Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA) will observe its 17th annual National Foster Care Week from February 12–18, under the theme ‘Building Resilience Through Empowerment’. This observance is aimed at recognizing the invaluable contribution that foster parents make to children in the protective system, as well as promoting the programme for more children in residential childcare facilities to be fostered. Foster Care Officer at CPFSA, Judene Webb-Brown and foster parent Claudia Williams joined us on Sunrise to share more about the week’s activities.
