Recording Artiste, ‘Candy Price’ whose given name is Annakay Renae Sullivan is the newest musical sensation to hit Jamaica. Her bold and unique demeanor makes her captivating Reggae/dancehall style one to contend with. Candy Price has been steadily making progress with her music career with one goal in mind which is to become a big artiste in the dancehall community.
Candy Price grew up in the Maxfield community where she faced many hardships but despite that, she envisioned a better life for herself and her family; using music as her solace. Music has always played an integral part in Candy Price’s life giving her purpose.
Candy Price started her music career in 2011 when she participated in a number of small stage shows. Later on, in 2014 she entered the Magnum Kings and Queens competition, where she gained valuable insights about stage performance and the importance of connecting with the audience. However, it was not until 2019 that she started pursuing music on a professional level.
