Celebrating Service Excellence: Reigniting a Culture of Care

The Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA) remains committed to strengthening the culture of service excellence in Jamaica through the transformation of the customer service mindset and behaviour of our people. Additionally, they are dedicated to motivating people to reflect on their personal commitment to quality in service delivery daily.

National Customer Service Week and Government of Jamaica Service Excellence Policy for Jamaica 60 will be celebrated under the theme “Reigniting a Nation for Greatness”.  

National Customer Service Week will be celebrated from October 2 to October 8, 2022. The Jamaica Customer Service Association will also be hosting a virtual Media Launch, on Thursday, September 8, 2022, starting at 9 am. 

With the staging of the National Customer Service Week’s upcoming activities Deputy Chairman and Director of National Customer Service Week, Richard Rowe joins us on Sunrise to share.
