The Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA) is celebrating National Customer Service Week (NCSW) from October 1 to 7. There are a series of activities lined up for this week including our 20th Virtual Annual Service Excellence Conference scheduled for October 3-4, 2023. The conference’s theme is “The Power of Service Excellence in Building Trust in a Digital World.” Modernization Specialist, Beverly Bernard, tells us more in this interview.
