Exploring Paget’s Disease of Bone

Paget’s disease of the bones is a chronic disorder that causes the bones to become enlarged and weaker than normal. The disease typically affects just one or a few bones, like the pelvis, skull, spine, femur, and tibia (leg bones).

Symptoms include bone pain, misshapen bones, inflammation, and arthritis in the affected area among other signs. In HealthAlert, Orthopaedics, Dr. Kenneth Vaughn. shares more about Paget’s disease of the bone. Watch the interview below.
