Rameish Desouza grew up in a family restaurant. With his mom and dad being Chefs one would expect that he always wanted to become a chef. But that was not the case. He loved experimenting and getting creative with his food despite experiencing many setbacks including living with a life-altering sickness. Since overcoming his conditionDesouza has been on a creative food journey from making ackee ice cream to other creative dishes.
