IRAWMA Honours 50 Years of “Real Dancehall”

The 40th anniversary staging of the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) is set for May 7, at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston. The event is regarded as the equivalent of the Grammy Awards for reggae music and will honour a number of individuals who have contributed significantly to the growth and development of Jamaican music, particularly reggae music as well as approximately 50 years of dancehall. IRAWMA Awards Song Competition Finalist, Black Spade shares more on Sunrise.
