On Sunday, July 9, the ten finalists who have been chosen for this year’s Jamaica Gospel Star Competition will take centerstage. The three finalists will compete against one another in a very intense sing-off from July 9 to July 23 over three consecutive weeks. Following the initial presentation show, the at-home audience’s call or text votes and the judges’ evaluations will each play a 50/50 role in determining whether a performer advances or is eliminated. A finalist who was eliminated from the tournament using the ‘Save By Grace’ feature may also be reinstated by the judges.
