Employers are celebrating in Jamaica as the current work from home order has expired. Employees who have been working from home are now free to resume their duties on site. However not under similar circumstances as they would have a few months ago before COVID-19. Employers are expected to have all safety protocols in place such as proper social distancing and sanitizing. But how will this new workplace normal look? And how long will it last?
