How hard it is being a man in today’s society? The answer to that question will vary from man to man literally however one can argue that it is very difficult, especially in the society we live in today. Particularly because the idea of “being a man” means being tough and strong, not sharing one’s feelings and most definitely not being vulnerable. With this comes challenges such as struggling alone with mental health issues, physical and emotional trauma, or illness based on society’s rules and regulations. Men also struggle with issues such as loneliness, lack of direction, self-doubt and low self-esteem.
