The Jamaica Observer will be rolling out a free E-paper. It is a replica of the hardcopy newspaper. It will provide users with easy free access to news, sports, business entertainment and lifestyle all in one space. They will celebrate their 30th Anniversary on March 7 and this is their gift to the public.
