Esther Sinclair is a passionate Empowerment Speaker, Certified Christian Coach and Teacher, Mentor, award winning Poet, Pastor’s wife, mother of 4 girls, Accountant and Author of her first book Cultivating Purpose.
Inspired by a word from the lord to be Intentional about Purpose she took aggressive action to chase her dream and became a certified Coach in 2019. Following that, she completed her book Cultivating Purpose in the year 2020 and during the same year while in lockdown mode, she introduced her Motivational Monday Power Thought series which was well received and highly anticipated by her mentees and their colleagues.
Her commitment to taking consistent actions paid off as she launched her free empowerment monthly workshop ‘Courage to Cultivate’ Based on the seven stages of her book and as a result of that effort ‘Destiny Cultivators’ a purpose driven community was birth. Her most recent effort has been the introduction of a group coaching four-week empowerment course known as the Makeover Masterclass, which seeks to remove self-imposed barriers in a person’s life causing them to abort purpose by second guessing themselves and which can lead to self-sabotage.
Esther is a firm believer in living by the Principles of the Bible in order to realize your potential and which guarantee success. She believes her gift is to help persons realize their full capacity by empowering them to cultivate the seed which is God’s investment in them.
Purpose drives everything she does and this passion for truth has enabled her to continually position herself as an expert in the field of understanding Purpose as she equips individuals through her teaching and writing with the tools to connect the dots to their destiny. As she embarks on this journey and as it takes on new meaning by God’s grace, she intends to explore all the possibilities as her story continues to unfold.
