The Shining Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose main objective is to restore hope to young, poor girls between the ages of 18 and 24 years whose educational and personal development goals have been negatively impacted or set aside due to teenage pregnancy or poverty. The foundation provides counselling and life skills education to the beneficiaries to aid in their development. The foundation will host a Rebranding and Memorial Benefit Fundraising Gospel Concert on Sunday, April 23, at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel under the distinguished patronage of the honourable Steadman Fuller CD, JP, L.L.B., Custos of Kingston. Eugenie Brown-Myrie, Director of the Shining Hope Foundation and J. George Hutchinson, Member of the Shining Hope Foundation Committee zoomed in on Sunrise to share more about the event.
