Spatial Innovision’s, Clarke, Speaks on Modern Irrigation: Pedro Plains Project

What do you know about modern irrigation? Roshaun Clarke, Deputy Chief Officer at Spatial Innovision discusses the modern irrigation system to be implemented in Pedro Plains in St. Elizabeth. Spatial Innovision alongside National Irrigation Commission Limited will provide the farmers of Pedro Plains in St. Elizabeth with irrigation water drawn from an intake at Lacovia, that taps into Jamaica’s largest river, Black River, which flows through the parish.

Key communities in the span of the project area include areas such as Parotee, Salt Spring, Fullerswood, Vineyard, Success, Bigwood’s, Barbary Hall, Beacon, Newcombe Valley, and much more.
