Mission Statement: To create a non-partisan country that empowers youth development, security, leadership, and promoting liberty and integrity of the nation’s leaders.
Philosophy: The Youth Republic Philosophy is to create a positive youth development that is holistic, preventative, and positive, focusing on the development of assets, sense of belonging, empowerment, and competencies in all young people. Physical competence: Attitudes, behaviors, and knowledge that will assure future health and well-being.

Rules and Bylaws
# Do not post any reference which contains sexually explicit images, link or other offensive content.
# Strong political and religious sentiments should be kept out of all discussions. Posts focusing on politics or religion will probably be removed and the culprit will be punished. There are plenty of places on the Web to talk about politics or religion.
# Do not harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to a chat participant, that is unwanted.
# Do not offer for sale products or services in the youth group, to avoid frauds in the name of Y.R
# Do not insult any member of the Y.R group, its staff, or leaders, such as owners, administrators, moderators or impersonate them.
#Avoid posting or requesting personal information for example, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc of any user in public.
#Avoid using excessive capital letters (Caps) in your texts.
# The same for links and references to other websites. When you link to an external website, it is your responsibility to make sure that the content on the linked site is appropriate for our community and does not violate our guidelines.
#Keep a positive attitude.
#Show respect for everyone you come in contact with, by your actions and your words.
#Respect your colleagues.
#No obscene language.
#No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco use.
#No Weapons.
Subsection One
~~ Article 1.1 ~~
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 15 years old.
Of good moral standing.
Has the passion to serve the youth, God, and the country.
Believe in the vision, mission, and goals of The Youth Republic.
Willing and able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of a member.
Must be FAST (faithful, available, service-oriented, and teachable).
DISQUALIFICATION
Those who have been convicted of any crime.
Those who are members of any subversive associations or organizations.
Those who are members of any associations or organizations that advocate ideals, beliefs, principles and aspirations inconsistent and in conflict with or which violates that of The Youth Republic.
Those who are publicly known as incompetent or insane.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold, obey and defend the Youth Republic Constitution and By-Laws.
Adhere to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of the organization.
Promote its programs, projects and activities.
Attend annual meetings/general assembly.
Participate in the activities of the organization.
Pay an annual membership fee of $200.00 to become a member in good standing and other fees if whenever necessary.
Stay informed about the organization’s vision, mission, goals, services, policies, programs, projects and activities.
Contribute to the financial viability of the organization whenever necessary by paying monthly dues of $200 dollars.
Inform others about the organization.
RIGHTS OF MEMBERS
Right to vote and be voted upon in local , regional and national level elections.
Right to be informed of the financial status of the organization.
Right to participate in the programs, projects and activities of the organization.
Right to attend the annual/general assembly meetings.

Opportunity to join Youth Republic leadership and mentoring programs and other capability training seminars and workshops.

Opportunity to keep in touch with other passionate and innovative young and professional individuals and keep abreast with the current developments in the organization.
Opportunity to develop leadership and professional abilities through Youth Republic with other young leaders and professionals from all over the country.
Opportunity to gain experience in new approaches, techniques, strategies and principles in leadership and professional development.
Opportunity to participate in local and international training programs, seminars, conferences, conventions or workshops that will be conducted, co-presented or promoted by Youth Republic at a reduced or reasonable cost.

Get exposure to other young leaders and professionals not only in the leadership development but also to members of higher echelons of management, thereby offering an excellent opportunity for personal development.
Participate in the exchange of ideas and information on matters of leadership and professional training and development through the e-group.
Privilege to be nominated in the Youth Republic Volunteer Service Award and Youth Republic Outstanding Volunteer Award; and
Privilege to be nominated in the Youth Republic National Biblia Sprictura Award.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Fill out an online application for membership.
The Committee on Membership consolidates all applications;
The Committee on Membership notifies the new member of the approval of the application for membership;
New member pays the annual membership fee through bank deposit or money transfer within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the notice of the approval of application for membership;
The Committee on Membership issues a Certificate of Membership;
Committee on Membership conducts an Orientation Program in any manner convenient to the Committee on Membership and the new member.
Newly admitted members may attend the Leadership and Mentoring Program of the Committee on Youth Training and Development and Committee on Research and Professional Development.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP / CANCELLATION OR REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP
Grounds for cancellation or revocation of Certificate of Membership
Gross and habitual neglect of duties and responsibilities;
Non-payment of annual membership fee and other financial obligations within 100 days from receipt of the notice.
Serious misconduct or willful disobedience of lawful orders of The Youth Republic
Fraud and willful breach by the member of the trust reposed in him/her by The Youth Republic or its duly authorized representative;
Conviction of any crime.
Procedure for cancellation or revocation of Certificate of Membership
There must be a written complaint from any person, member or non- member, including members of the National Board.
The National Board shall create a fact-finding committee that will conduct an investigation.
The Fact-Finding Committee shall serve notice to the respondent (person complained of) and require him/her to submit a written answer or explanation within 10 days from receipt of the notice.
The complainant may be given an opportunity to reply.
The Fact-Finding Committee shall make the necessary recommendation to the National Board.
The National Board issues a written notice of its decision to the complainant and the respondent
The decision of the National Board is final and non-appealable.
Penalty
The penalty either reprimand, suspension or expulsion from membership shall be determined by the National Board depending on the gravity of the offense committed.
Effect of cancellation or revocation of Certificate of Membership
Cancellation or revocation of membership results in the automatic forfeiture of all rights and privileges of the member.
WITHDRAWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
The grounds shall be determined and decided upon by the National Board.
Procedure for withdrawal of membership
Any member of the association may terminate his/her membership by voluntary withdrawal upon service of notice to the National Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended date of withdrawal;
Such voluntary withdrawal from membership requires the written acceptance of the National Board.
Effects of withdrawal of membership
Withdrawal of membership results in the automatic forfeiture of all rights and privileges of the member.
