The annual Tarrus Riley and Friends concert “Let Live Music Live” returns this year to Emancipation Park in Kingston this Friday, December 16. The charity concert was halted as Jamaica dealt with the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and live activities were canceled throughout 2020 and 2021.
