‘Each One Reach One’- that is the mentorship way. The initiative will be launched today (May 1) with the aim of asking everyone to commit one hour to mentor someone. Everyone has skills and experience to share as a mentor no matter how insignificant it may seem. One word, one hour can be all needed to effect a positive change in someone. ‘Mentorship Day’ is focused on how rewarding mentoring can be for everyone involved, which has a huge impact on not only our economy but also our society. Public Relations Officer of Eagles’ Wings Portmore Mentorship Programme Adrian Walker and Damali Campbell stopped by to share more about this initiative.
