Meet Cherice Williams, the Founder, and CEO of Blaq Luxury Hair, a hair care solution for all hair types that gives magnificent strands a new lease on life. Cherice, a Jamaican immigrant, moved to the United States in 2016 to pursue her dream of becoming a Financial Analyst on Wall Street while studying accounting at the University of the West Indies. However, she began having dry, brittle, damaged hair and hair loss in 2018, which was later connected to her PCOS diagnosis (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). It was never in her thoughts or imagination that she would be operating a multi-million-dollar hair care and beauty brand.
