The Tornadoes Swim Club have broadened its horizons offerings to include such as aquatic disciplines including triathlon, artistic swimming, and water polo and we have also implemented a budding learn-to-swim program for both children and adults. This year marks the 26th staging of their annual Invitational Swim Meet Series (a World Athletics-sanctioned event) being held in tribute to late national swimming coach Michael “Spidey” Critchlow. This will be the first-ever meet over two weekends with the first meet, being referred to as the “Spidey Challenge” from May 11-12, while the second will be held from June 9-11, 2023, at the National Aquatics Centre in Kingston.
