What’s Cooking: Asian Coconut Shrimp

Chef Tahj Royal is a graduate of the Heart College of Hospitality Service. During his tenure he prides himself on mastering the art of food preparation, which lead him to become a personal chef; using his skills to prepare mouthwatering meals for others. He has since acquired a vast knowledge of creative cooking through his work experience at several top resorts across the island.
